Refund policy

Returns

You can return up to 14 days after you have received your order. If you choose to return your purchase, you must return the item in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. The invoice or cash receipt must be enclosed with the order together with the order number, full name and telephone number. Please contact us for information of the return at vincent@blackrockjewel.com, before shipping. Shipping address is: Black Rock Jewel, Store Regnegade 5, 3 tv, 1110 Copenhagen, Denmark. Upon return you pay your shipping costs yourself. The package shall have a tracking number, which must be sent to us to the same email adress as above.  Black Rock Jewel is not obliged to compensate for items lost in the post. The product must be adequately packaged. Items damaged due to defective packaging are not accepted upon return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at vincent@blackrockjewel.com.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for another size, send us an email within 14 days after you have received your order at vincent@blackrockjewel.com, to ensure the availability of the item you wish in exchange. If approved by us, you can thereafter send your unused item in its original packaging to: Black Rock Jewel, Store Regnegade 5,3, tv, 1110 Copenhagen, Denmark. Upon exchange you pay your return shipping costs yourself and Black Rock Jewel cover the shipping cost for the first exchange to your delivery address. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. As an alternative; after contacting us per email, you can also resize it locally and send us a copy of the receipt and we will cover your expanses for the resizing.
