Sizing

How do I find my ring size?

Order our €10 ring sizer — it ships free, and the cost is credited back on your first ring purchase. Or use our printable Ring Size Guide. If you're between sizes, go up.

My size isn't in the dropdown — can you still make it?

Yes. Email vincent@blackrockjewel.com with the design and your size. We custom-cast from size 47 to 70.

Can my ring be resized later?

Signets and bands can usually be resized within ±2 sizes. Stone-set pieces are case-by-case. €40 plus return shipping.

Production & Lead Time

How long until my piece ships?

10 to 15 working days. Every piece is hand-cast and finished after you order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Express requests: email us, we'll see what's possible.

Why made-to-order?

Because we don't believe in dead stock. Each piece is forged by hand in our Copenhagen atelier, sized for you, and finished one at a time. The wait is part of it.

Can I get a piece engraved?

Yes — discreet inside-band engraving (initials, dates, short phrases). €25 add-on. Specify at checkout in the order notes, or email us right after.

Materials

What is your silver?

Solid 925 recycled sterling silver, cast in Denmark. Our oxidized pieces are blackened with sulfur — a process, not a coating, so it doesn't peel.

Will my ring tarnish?

Yes. Silver oxidizes naturally with time, sweat, and chlorine. That's not a defect. Polished pieces can be refreshed with a silver cloth; oxidized pieces are designed to age.

I have sensitive skin — is this safe?

925 sterling silver is hypoallergenic for most. We don't use nickel. If you've reacted to silver before, contact us before ordering.

Shipping & Duties

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Free express shipping (DHL or UPS) on every order, every country.

How long does shipping take after dispatch?

Europe: 1–3 working days. UK: 3–5 days. North America & Asia: 4–7 days. Oceania: 5–8 days.

Will I pay customs or duties?

EU: nothing extra, you're done at checkout. UK, US, and international: import duties are your responsibility per local rules. We always declare full value on parcels — never fake invoices.

Can I track my order?

Yes — tracking link sent by email the moment your piece ships.

Returns & Repairs

Can I return my piece?

14 days from delivery, unworn, in original packaging. Custom sizes (below 47, above 70) and engraved pieces are final sale.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours with photos. We repair or replace, no questions.

Do you offer repairs beyond the return window?

Yes. We repair our own pieces for life. Cost depends on what's needed — contact us.

Care

How do I take care of my ring?

Take it off before pools, hot tubs, and harsh chemicals. Clean with a silver cloth — never abrasive paste. Full guide on our Care & Maintenance page.

Where to Buy

Where can I buy your pieces?

Online only — directly from blackrockjewel.com. Every piece is hand-forged to order in our Copenhagen atelier and shipped worldwide. We no longer distribute through physical retailers.
