Order our €5 ring sizer — it ships as a simple letter, and the €5 is fully credited on your ring with code MYSIZE. Or use our printable Ring Size Guide. If you're between sizes, go up.

Yes. Email vincent@blackrockjewel.com with the design and your size. We custom-cast from size 47 to 70.

Your first resize is free if requested within 30 days of delivery — you send the ring to our atelier at your own cost, we ship it back free. After that, signets and bands can usually be resized within ±2 sizes, for €40 plus return shipping. Stone-set pieces are case-by-case.

8 to 15 business days. Every piece is hand-cast and finished after you order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Express requests: email us, we'll see what's possible.

Because we don't believe in dead stock. Each piece is forged by hand in our Copenhagen atelier, sized for you, and finished one at a time. The wait is part of it.

Yes — discreet inside-band engraving (initials, dates, short phrases). €25 add-on. Specify at checkout in the order notes, or email us right after.

Solid 925 sterling silver, 100% recycled, cast in Denmark. Our oxidized pieces are blackened with sulfur — a process, not a coating, so it doesn't peel.

Yes. Silver oxidizes naturally with time, sweat, and chlorine. That's not a defect. Polished pieces can be refreshed with a silver cloth; oxidized pieces are designed to age.

925 sterling silver is hypoallergenic for most. We don't use nickel. If you've reacted to silver before, contact us before ordering.

Shipping is free and fully insured within the EU. Outside the EU, we ship to the UK, the US, Canada, Switzerland and Norway — shipping costs are shown at checkout, and import duties may apply.

Europe: 1–3 working days. UK: 3–5 days. North America: 4–7 days.

EU: nothing extra, you're done at checkout. UK, US, Canada, Switzerland and Norway: import duties are your responsibility per local rules. We always declare full value on parcels — never fake invoices.

Yes — tracking link sent by email the moment your piece ships.

Every piece is made to your order, so it is exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU). No returns for change of mind. Your statutory rights for defects are unaffected: if a piece is defective or does not match your order, we remake or refund it, no questions asked — contact vincent@blackrockjewel.com. Wrong size? Yes. We repair our own pieces for life. Cost depends on what's needed — contact us.
