Made-to-Order Policy Each JÖRMUNGANDR piece is handcrafted to your specifications and is therefore exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (goods made to the consumer's specifications). This exemption does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defects or non-conformity.
